奥地利签证申请说明：申诉解释及行程调整

We are writing to explain the circumstances surrounding our previous tourist visa applications with reference numbers AUTPEK230612864400 (ZHANG XU), AUTPEK230612864500 (ZHANG WENWEI), and AUTPEK230612864600 (WEI WEI). Due to our oversight, we made minor adjustments to our itinerary during the visa application process because our daughter wished to go hiking. These adjustments included modifying our accommodation bookings. Unfortunately, we failed to consider the impact this would have on the accuracy of the information submitted, resulting in the cancellation of our original accommodation bookings and subsequent visa rejection.

On June 15th, we sent an email appealing the rejection. However, we have yet to receive any feedback. The itinerary remains the same as the one we appealed for, but there are minor adjustments to the accommodation bookings due to payment issues. We assure you that all information provided in this new application is accurate and up-to-date. Please disregard our previous appeal email, as it contains information about cancelled accommodation bookings.
