Indirect Procurement Process Training for MIC and Global Brands (JKC Hub)

This email is to share an update on a recent project I've been working on: providing indirect procurement process training for MIC and Global Brands (JKC Hub). This project is also reflected in our project tracker.

The initial reason for this training was the establishment of MIC, a new legal entity without IP support. Additionally, the JKC Global Hub required our P&P procurement support, but understanding of the IP support process was lacking. Completing this training did not take much of my time, as we were experiencing a hacker attack a few weeks ago that stalled all SDVM projects. I took advantage of that week to finish the slides and received review support from the China Finance and legal teams.

Moving forward, I will collaborate with China Finance and Legal to deliver a training session to everyone. This training offers several benefits:

• Global Brands can learn how to obtain support for their various product category needs.
• It provides a detailed explanation of our indirect procurement process.
• It enhances everyone's understanding of IP support procedures.

Ultimately, this training aims to streamline workflow and boost efficiency.
