Indirect Procurement Process Training for MIC & Global Brands (JKC Hub)

I'm writing to share some updates on a recent project I've been working on: providing indirect procurement process training to MIC and Global Brands (JKC Hub). This project is also reflected in our project tracker.

The training was initiated because MIC is a newly established legal entity without IP support, and the JKC Global Hub also has procurement needs related to our P&P. However, there was a lack of awareness about the IP support processes. Completing this training didn't take much of my time. Since the SDVM project was stalled due to a hacker attack a few weeks ago, I took that time to finalize the slides and received review support from the China finance and legal teams.

Next steps involve collaborating with the China Finance and legal teams to deliver the training. This training will offer numerous benefits, including providing Global Brands with knowledge of how to obtain support for their product-related needs. We will also discuss the importance and processes of IP support in detail, enabling everyone to better understand and utilize these resources.

Hopefully, this training will empower everyone to handle procurement requests more efficiently in their daily work, ultimately boosting the team's overall productivity.
