Indirect Procurement Process Training for MIC and Global Brands (JKC Hub)

I wanted to share an update about a recent project I've been working on: providing indirect procurement process training to MIC and Global Brands (JKC Hub). This initiative is also reflected in our project tracker.

The purpose of this training is to address the lack of IP support for MIC, a newly established legal entity, and to clarify the IP support process for Global Brands (JKC Hub) which has procurement needs based on our policies and procedures (P&P).

While the training itself didn't require a lot of my time, it was completed during the downtime we experienced a few weeks ago due to a cyberattack that stalled our SDVM project. I was able to finalize the slides during that time and received valuable review support from both China finance and legal teams.

Moving forward, I will be collaborating with the China Finance and legal teams to deliver this training to everyone. This training will offer several benefits, including:

• Enabling Global Brands to effectively access support for their procurement needs across various product categories.
• Providing a comprehensive understanding of our indirect procurement process, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Equipping MIC with the necessary IP support capabilities to enhance their procurement efficiency.

I believe this training will be beneficial for our entire team and I encourage active participation and support.
