Double Points Not Applied During Birthday Month: CK ORCE Loyalty Configuration Needed
Thank you for your response. As you mentioned, POS currently cannot enjoy double points during the birthday month. This is a rule that needs to be set in CK ORCE Loyalty. We have also checked that Loyalty has not been set up for double points in June.
