颈动脉斑块破裂致栓塞:一例超声造影罕见病例报道
Stroke is the second most common cause of death worldwide[1] and is a common emergency in neurology. Stenosis of the extracranial or intracranial carotid artery accounts for approximately 15-20% of strokes[2], and most ischemic strokes are caused by the rupture of the fibrous cap of vulnerable carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques leading to embolism[3-5]. Floating thrombi occurring in ruptured carotid artery plaques are rare, and their appearance on ultrasound is even rarer. Therefore, we report this case.
