Addressing Seller Issues: Actions and Next Steps

Based on the category of the issue, SQ will take appropriate actions and determine the next steps accordingly. In the case of a genuinely abusive Seller, we will refer the matter to xx for investigation and possible enforcement. For Sellers who are non-abusive but lack knowledge in a particular area, we will gather relevant educational material to share. For Sellers who have a genuine product gap due to factors outside of our control, we will gather insights and share them with the NSR team.
