Identify Top Defect-Generating Sellers for Deep Dive Analysis

SQ will provide AM with a list of active Sellers who generate the highest number of defects across DSR and SSR, categorized by arc level. AM will conduct a thorough investigation of each Seller and categorize the root cause into two groups - abusive and non-abusive. For non-abusive Sellers, AM will determine whether the counterfeit products are a result of a knowledge gap or a product gap.
