Seeking Peace and Quiet: A Teenager's Plea for Study Space

Dear Editor,

In order to make my parents happy, I have never gone to internet bars, dancing halls, or other crowded places. I like to read books or do my homework at home while listening to music. But during every winter holiday, my home becomes a playroom for many relatives who come to play cards. I am very tired of the noise the game makes, and my parents enjoy it. How I long for a quiet place to read books or learn something that they cannot get at school without being disturbed! Can you please help me?
