The rheometer properties of the hydrogels were determined using a HAKKE MARS 60 rheometer (Thermo Scientific, USA). Different ratios of fibrin-matrigel were mixed beforehand and placed on ice. Subsequently, 800 μl of the hybrid hydrogel was pipetted onto a temperature-controlled plate (20 mm parallel plate). The measuring gap was set to 200 μm, and the temperature was immediately adjusted to 37℃. The gels were allowed to polymerize in situ for 30 minutes, and the storage modulus was measured at an oscillation frequency of 0.5 Hz and a strain unit of 1%.
