Rijn Blend Contract Dispute: Tribunal to Dismiss Respondent's Frivolous Claims

The Claimant and Respondents are the parties involved in the contracts pertaining to the Rijn Blend. The Respondent's baseless claim to evade the contracts on the grounds that the Rijn Blend does not meet the contractual requirements will be rejected by the Tribunal (1). Additionally, in accordance with the CISG, the Claimant asserts that the quality of the Rijn Blend is consistently up to par, without exception (2). Therefore, the Claimant requests that the Tribunal dismiss the Respondent's frivolous requests.
