How to Transfer Multiple Product Groups to Demand Management in SAP

To transfer multiple PGs (Product Groups) to demand management in SAP, follow these steps:

1. Log in to SAP and go to the Demand Management transaction (MD61).

2. Click on the 'Create' button to create a new demand plan.

3. Enter the required information in the demand plan, such as the planning horizon, planning area, and demand data.

4. Click on the 'Product Group' button to select the PGs that you want to transfer to demand management.

5. In the Product Group selection screen, enter the PGs that you want to transfer, or use the search function to find them.

6. Select the PGs and click on the 'Transfer' button to transfer them to the demand plan.

7. Once the PGs are transferred, you can view them in the 'Product Group' tab of the demand plan.

8. You can now proceed with creating a forecast for the selected PGs in the demand plan.

Note: You can also transfer PGs to demand management using the 'Mass Processing' function in SAP. This allows you to transfer multiple PGs at once, instead of selecting them one by one.
