I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to enroll at NYU for the upcoming semester due to personal reasons. I am aware that this may cause some inconvenience and I would like to extend my sincere apologies for any trouble my decision may have caused.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been admitted to such a prestigious institution and I am disappointed that I am not able to attend at this time. However, I hope to reapply in the future when circumstances permit.
