Service Termination Authorization and Liability Release

The Customer authorizes # to terminate the number(s) and/or services (features) identified above (each a 'Service') and acknowledges and agrees that # excludes all liability to the Customer and any third party which may arise out of or in connection with termination of the Services whether in contract, tort, or otherwise and including direct loss and indirect loss (including loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity or any other consequential loss or any cost relating to any interruption of the Customer's or any other party's business) incurred by the Customer or any third party.

The Customer also acknowledges and agrees that # shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the termination of the Services, including but not limited to any damages or losses arising from the Customer's inability to access or use the Services, any data or information stored or transmitted through the Services, or any other aspect of the Services.

The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that # shall have no obligation to refund any fees or charges paid by the Customer for the terminated Services, and that any such fees or charges shall be forfeited by the Customer upon termination.

The Customer represents and warrants that it has the authority to authorize the termination of the Services identified above, and that it has provided accurate and complete information regarding the Services to be terminated.

This termination authorization shall be binding on the Customer and its successors and assigns.
