Reducing False Positives and Combating NOI Abuse: A Collaborative Approach

To address the issue of NOI abuse and improve tooling accuracy, we recommended a policy-based reduction goal for FP and influenced APAC TSE to commit to a NOI HVL FP reduction goal (xxx) for systemic problem-solving in 2023. With the help of SQ's local insights in CN, the issue of NOI abuse gained the attention of APAC TSE, resulting in a commitment to drive the CDT-program owned cut of the NOI HVL FP reduction goal in 2023 while scaling friction for bad actors.
