In this study, a novel CL immunoassay method was developed for the high-sensitivity and specific detection of THC using a metal nanoenzyme Co-TCPP(Fe). Compared to natural protein enzymes, 2D MOF was more stable and cost-effective, and possessed unique physicochemical properties with high sensitivity during detection. The use of sea urchin-like AuNPs increased the THC-BSA coating amount, and after optimizing the reaction conditions, comparison with the results of high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry showed that this method exhibited good selectivity, accuracy, reproducibility, sensitivity, and stability for detecting THC in cannabis samples. Therefore, the method has good reliability and wide application potential for practical sample testing.
