Titan Krios Cryo-EM Setup for Imaging

Load the grid onto the Titan Krios cryo-electron microscope (Thermo Fisher), run at 300 kV with a 50 μm objective aperture, 6 spot size, and a magnification of 165,000× (equivalent to a calibrated sampling of 0.85 Å per physical pixel). The microscope is equipped with a BioQuantum energy filter and a K2 direct electron device, running at 20 eV (Gatan).
