Automatic Movie Stack Collection with EPU2.9.1 and K2 Detector
Using EPU2.9.1 software (Thermo Fisher), movie stacks were automatically collected with a K2 detector operating in counting mode at a recording rate of 5 raw frames per second and a total exposure time of 6 seconds. Each stack produced 30 frames with a total dose of 63 e–/Å2.
