Smart Home Elderly Care Service Platform: Design, Implementation, and Features

The design and implementation of the 'Smart Home Elderly Care Service Platform' was developed in response to the severe aging population in China and the heavy burden of middle-aged people on elderly care, resulting in various 'care difficulties'. The 'Smart Care Platform' is based on the SpringBoot framework technology of JAVA and the persistence layer framework of Mybatis, using MySQL as a relational database for data storage, and utilizing the development foundation of WeChat developer tool as the support for the mini-program. Based on field research and online data analysis, and after analyzing the needs of the elderly, the system implements functions such as home page, personal center, staff management, elderly management, elderly health information, medical examination information management, demand information, demand follow-up, catering projects, ordering management, and system management. Through the data information related to users and the 'Smart Home Elderly Care Service Platform', administrators can process and improve user experience online.
