Supplier Cost Management System for IBU Express, E-commerce, Forwarding & Customs Clearance

This system is designed to manage the cost calculation, conciliation, and payment requests of various business modules such as IBU express, e-commerce, forwarding, and customs clearance. The aim is to provide a complete system for managing accrued charges and improving financial risk control. There are five function modules in the system, including SF Settlement Report, Agent Settlement Report, Agent Conciliation, System Configuration, and OMS Waybill Data.

The SF Settlement Report module shows cost settlement data of SF and supports conciliation. The data sources include data from the business system calculated by the fee model rule and settlement data from the business system. The module includes five functions, including Zone & Postal Code Configuration, Service & Product Configuration, Agent Service Fee Model Configuration, SF Waybill Settlement Report, and SF Package Settlement Report.

The Agent Settlement Report module supports the import of supplier original settlement reports in Excel style and PDF style, and the system automatically parses the document after import. The module includes two functions, including Agent Settlement Report and Agent Settlement Report.

The Agent Conciliation module shows conciliation data after the system automatically reconciles the data and supports users in dealing with discrepancies and payment requests. The module includes two functions, including Agent Service Fee Conciliation Report and New Agent Settlement Template Request.

The System Configuration module supports some basic configuration functions of the system. The module includes two functions, including System Configuration and File Download Center.

The OMS Waybill Data module supports some functions to query the original waybill data of express business, manually pull the original waybill data from GTS, and manually push the original waybill data into ISSP. The module includes three functions, including OMS Waybill Manual Query, OMS Waybill Manual Push, and OMS Waybill Manual Pull.
