SQ's Limitations & TSE Collaboration for Goal Achievement

After conducting a thorough analysis of the data with TSE, we discovered that SQ's ability to achieve this goal is limited due to the fact that the key driver requires a significant focus on enhancing TSE's internal mechanism. Despite this limitation, SQ has suggested monitoring the reinstatement rate in order to provide more signals to the CDT team, which will allow for the enhancement of the ML model/RMP rule. In response, TSE has expressed a willingness to collaborate with us by prioritizing the use of the 'new evidence' reason code.
