March Progress Report: Goal Setting & Operations Improvements

In March, we made significant progress in both goal setting and operations. On the goal setting front, we aligned with the APAC PQ team on an initiative roadmap, analyzed historical data to break down goals by cohort/arc, and synchronized tracking logic with the NSR team. Additionally, we successfully finalized 2023 goals with NSR leaders, with only two outstanding objectives remaining. In terms of operations, we worked closely with the APAC PQ team on a comprehensive NSR brand analysis to enhance our CCR upstream resolution capabilities.
