Trademark Use on Product Detail Pages: When It's Infringement

Under normal circumstances, if you use a trademark without authorization when creating a product detail page, it will only constitute infringement if this action may cause confusion about the origin, endorsement, or affiliation of the goods. Not being the owner of the trademark does not mean that you cannot sell products from other companies.
