Currently, it appears that both sides have reached a consensus on conducting a joint investigation. The suspect has seriously harmed the interests of both countries and threatened the stability of the international community, and it is imperative to arrest the suspect, conduct follow-up investigations, and bring them to justice. Although there are still details to be discussed and the additional conditions proposed by the Kenyan side are worth further research, the overall direction has been determined, and it is believed that the suspect will eventually receive the punishment they deserve.
