Equipment Room Security Requirements: GA38-2021, GB 17565-2007, GA/T 73-2015

This document outlines the security requirements for equipment rooms, based on standards including GA38-2021, GB 17565-2007, and GA/T 73-2015. Failure to meet these requirements may result in point deductions.

1. Walls:

If the walls between equipment rooms do not meet the requirements of GA38-2021 (excluding those set up in cash transaction areas), 1 point will be deducted.

2. Entrance and Exit:

If the entrance and exit of the equipment room is not installed with a door that meets the strength requirements of GB 17565-2007 Class B or above anti-theft security doors, 1 point will be deducted.
If anti-theft locks do not meet the requirements of GA/T 73-2015 Class B or above, 1 point will be deducted.
If the door does not have an emergency opening function from the inside (excluding those set up in cash transaction areas), 1 point will be deducted.

3. Windows:

If the interior of the equipment room windows are not installed with steel reinforcement protection bars, 1 point will be deducted.
If the nominal diameter of steel reinforcement protection bars is less than 14 mm, 1 point will be deducted.
If the mesh spacing is greater than 100mm but less than 250mm, 1 point will be deducted.
If the window opening width is greater than 150mm, 1 point will be deducted.

4. Intrusion Detection:

If the equipment room is not installed with intrusion detectors that cannot detect illegal intrusion events, 1 point will be deducted.

5. Video Surveillance:

If video monitoring equipment is not installed inside and outside the equipment room, 1 point will be deducted.
If the playback images cannot clearly display the situation inside the equipment room and the entrance and exit, 1 point will be deducted.

6. Access Control:

If access control equipment is not installed in the equipment room to control and record the entry of personnel, 1 point will be deducted.
