Based on the analysis of the mechanism and influencing factors of thermal errors in the feed system, the modeling temperature points were selected, and using a multiple linear regression model, the origin drift error and thermal expansion error models for the X-axis and Z-axis feed systems were established. The model ensures high prediction accuracy while also having strong robustness.
