格力电器内部控制问题分析及改进措施：促进家电制造企业良性发展

随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，家电市场逐渐走向繁荣。但随着家电市场竞争的加剧，一些企业在经营管理中出现了问题，企业内部控制不完善是其中一大主要原因。而企业只有具备一个合理完善的内部控制制度体系才能在未来的发展和竞争中脱颖而出，同时也才能够更加科学的管理和治理公司，更好的落实企业的战略方针，提高效率、减少风险。在'企业内部控制基本规范'发布之后，我国的内部控制制度发展更加明晰，加速了企业各自发展内部控制的节奏。因此，如何完善企业内部控制，以促进家电制造企业的良性发展，成为一个值得思考和研究的问题。本文以格力电器为例，对格力电器在内部控制中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出相应的改进措施，以期促进我国家电制造企业内部控制水平提高。

With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the home appliance market is gradually becoming prosperous. However, with the intensification of competition in the home appliance market, some enterprises have encountered problems in their management, and the lack of internal control is one of the main reasons. Only by possessing a reasonable and perfect internal control system can enterprises stand out in future development and competition, and at the same time, better manage and govern the company more scientifically, implement the company's strategic policies, improve efficiency, and reduce risks. After the publication of the 'Basic Norms for Enterprise Internal Control', the development of China's internal control system has become more clear, accelerating the pace of each enterprise's development of internal control. Therefore, how to improve the internal control of enterprises to promote the healthy development of home appliance manufacturing enterprises has become a problem worth thinking and researching. This article takes Gree Electric as an example to analyze the problems existing in Gree Electric's internal control and propose corresponding improvement measures, in order to promote the improvement of the internal control level of China's home appliance manufacturing enterprises.
