Amazon Seller Quality Program Operation Manager Challenges: Identifying & Resolving Account Health Issues

The biggest challenge someone in this position would face day to day is identifying and resolving seller account health concerns and driving effective escalations to reinstate seller accounts or resolve issues. This requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
