The event attracted over 220,000 participants, with 38 teams competing in the Hong Kong Foot Shuttlecock Championship, which was the largest in history. A total of five championships were won, with Hong Kong's second team taking home the overall team championship. In addition, citizens were able to use four types of recreational facilities for free, including badminton courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, and public swimming pools. Designated sports centers in all 18 districts of Hong Kong also offered a variety of free recreational sports activities, such as health lectures, activities for people with disabilities, and shuttlecock games, and also provided a 3D photo-taking area to capture memorable moments of physical fitness.
