Operational Management Center of the Civil Aviation Administration of China's Air Traffic Management Bureau

The Operational Management Center of the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) was officially established on February 28, 2002. As the operational command center of China's civil aviation air traffic control system, it is a deputy bureau-level unit directly under the CAAC Air Traffic Management Bureau. Its primary responsibilities include monitoring the operation of the civil aviation air traffic control system, organizing and implementing national air traffic flow management, organizing and coordinating emergency management of civil aviation air traffic control operations, organizing air traffic control support for important air transportation tasks, implementing general aviation flight services, carrying out centralized processing of air traffic control flight plans, and being entrusted to carry out flight schedule coordination and arrangement. It has nine department-level units including the General Office, Safety Inspection Office, Business Management Office, Flow Monitoring Office, Flight Flow Office, Duty Room, General Aviation Service Center, Flight Plan Processing Center, and Flight Schedule Coordination Office.
