RFP Part 2:

  • Technical support services options are Telephone, remote and On-site Support. BASF uses MS Teams, email and ticketing tools to interact with suppliers and address issues & requests. Please, confirm that China Telecom is able and willing to support the BASF way of supplier interaction?

Part 2:

  • For public wireless networks it is regulated that you have mandatory real name registration for the SIM cards. Does the same apply to private 5G network implementation too, or is this not regulated for the private 5G network?

Part 2 Addendum 2 Section 2.2.7:

  • Does the O&M management platform allows to implement different level of user rights and English language view (full feature set)?

Part 2:

  • We expect that the Service and especially the O&M integration and the platform tools exposed to BASF authorized users are available in English as per Exhibit 1 'Service Catalog'.

Beside the Service Levels we have asked for, what KPIs are included in the China Telecom O&M platform (e.g. Monitoring of solution) and are those customizable or can new KPIs be added if system counters are available?
