Urgent Request for Approval: Safety Monitoring Equipment Selection - Dam Project

Reference to the aforementioned letter 1, the contractor submitted the manufacturers and models of the safety monitoring equipment based on the requirements stated by the engineer in previous meetings and technical specifications. Three months have passed since the submission, and the contractor has not yet received a reply letter from the engineer regarding the selection of monitoring equipment.

Considering the processes of approval, ordering, production, transportation, customs clearance, and site installation, it will take at least 9 months for the monitoring equipment to be delivered to the project site. Additionally, due to potential risks associated with adjustments in Pakistan's import and export policies, the equipment's delivery time may be even longer and uncontrollable.

To ensure the timeliness and continuity of the monitoring work and avoid delays in the dam project's construction progress, we kindly request the engineer to expedite the approval process and provide a response promptly. Delays in equipment arrival could result in project schedule disruptions.
