主谓一致：'of'短语的语法规则

'of'本身不需要主谓一致。但是，当'of'后面的词组表示数量时，需要根据这个数量来确定主谓一致。

例如，'one third of students'中，'students'是复数形式，所以谓语动词也应该是复数形式，即：'one third of students are'。

同样的，'one of the students'中，'one'是单数形式，所以谓语动词也应该是单数形式，即：'one of the students is'。
