High CCR Rates in MENA Marketplace: Analysis and Potential Solutions
We have learned that the MENA marketplace team is actively monitoring the CCR goal of reducing it to xx ppm. It has been identified that 15% of the CCR defects are attributed to CN Sellers, with an enforcement rate of 33%. The high CCR rate in MENA can be attributed to three potential reasons. Firstly, there is a risk of abusive invoicing by CN Sellers with bank accounts in the US but inventory in China. Secondly, there is a lack of awareness of IP protection in MENA, with no tracking of Seller enrollment in the BR program. Finally, not all PQ mechanisms are currently available for protection due to the size of the marketplace.
