ESM Monitoring Not Implemented: Focus on CN2WW NSR and CCR Defects in NA, EU, and JP

At present, our ESM monitoring is not in place, and our sole focus for this year is the CN2WW NSR. For the 2022 data, we have limited our scope to NA, EU, and JP, as these regions account for the majority of CCR defects, while the remaining regions are classified as 'others.' However, our SC&Q Ops team requested an ad-hoc breakdown of the 'others' category, which we included in the data table below by categorizing it as MENA.
