Reducing Seller Friction: Optimizing TSE CDT RMP/Auto-Enforcement Rules

TSE CDT RMP/auto-enforcement rules were designed to automate and minimize operational investigations. However, APAC TSE and SQ identified that low accuracy of these rulesets was leading to a high rate of reinstatements with the 'Error' reason code. To reduce Seller friction, SQ worked with APAC TSE and co-developed the 2023 NOI goal of decreasing reinstatements due to enforcement errors for High Value Listings (HVL). This collaboration aims to improve the accuracy of the rulesets and ultimately reduce the need for operational investigations, thereby creating a smoother experience for Sellers.
