Optimizing Irrigation for Heat Stress Mitigation in Maize Production

In agricultural production, implementing appropriate irrigation techniques during the period between silking and grain filling can significantly enhance grain filling and ultimately increase crop yields during periods of heat stress. The findings of this study hold great promise for developing effective management strategies aimed at mitigating the negative impacts of heat stress on crops grown in field conditions.
