Feedback on Mini Project Execution - Australian Engineers

I'd like to start by thanking you for your professionalism and strong execution of our mini project. Your expertise and dedication have been greatly appreciated.

However, I would like to bring to your attention a few issues that have arisen recently. Firstly, there have been instances where communication with the customer regarding rescheduling of appointments hasn't been promptly communicated to Wincor. This could potentially lead to customer complaints and dissatisfaction.

Secondly, the progress of Collect has been slower than expected. As per our requirements, it should be completed within three days of completion, but this standard hasn't been met.

Lastly, the update status of AMS has been lagging behind, and the status of old equipment has yet to be updated.

I request you to kindly take note of these issues and take necessary steps to ensure they are resolved as soon as possible. Your prompt action and attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated.
