Urgent Repairs Needed: Peeling Wall & Leaky Faucet

First of all, we appreciate your assistance in the past. We have recently encountered two new issues. The first is that the wall near the entrance of the building seems to have some peeling. The second issue is that there are signs of dripping water from the faucet in the shower room on the first floor. I have attached some photos and videos for your reference.

Additionally, we are still waiting for your response regarding the repair work for the spotlights in the shower room on the first floor.
