(注: 对于本院而言，毕业设计说明书即是毕业论文)

一份完整的毕业设计说明书应包括: 封面、摘要、目录、正文(前言、总体方案设计、…、结论、总结与体会、谢辞等)、参考文献、附录等。

一、封面: 单独 1 页 (见信息技术学院毕业设计说明书(论文)封面)

二、摘要、关键词: 中文(180～300 字)、英文；单独 1 页 (见信息技术学院毕业设计说明书(论文)摘要)

摘要应高度概括题目的内容、方法和观点，以及取得的成果和结论。应反映出整个内容的精华。中文摘要在 300 字以内为宜，同时要求写出外文摘要，以 200 个实词为宜。并要求写出中文、外文的关键词。

① 用精炼、概括的语言表达，每项内容不宜展开论证和说明；

② 要客观陈述，不宜加主观评价；

③ 成果和结论性字句是摘要的重点，论述上要多些，以加深读者的印象；

④ 要独立成文，选词用语要避免与全文尤其是前言和结论部份雷同；

⑤ 既要简短扼要，又要表达清晰，结构合理。

摘要用中、英文对照编写；'摘要' 两字加粗，字体用楷体四号字，第一行行头缩进四格，行尾缩进两格，选用小四号宋体字。

关键词一般为 3～8 个，在摘要后另起一行排，各关键词之间用 ',' 号分隔。关键词的字体和排版与'摘要'的相同；关键词与摘要之间不空行。

三、目录: 内容必要对应页码号

'目录'的字体采用三号宋体加粗；目录中的标题不宜超过三级。一级标题用四号宋体加粗；二级及其以后的标题用四号字，不加粗。

四、设计报告正文:

正文的标题可分为章(一级)、节(二级)、小节(三级)等。一级标题用小三号字，编号用 1 级阿拉伯数字 (如: 2 总体方案设计)，字体选用宋体加粗；二级标题用四号字，编号用 2 级阿拉伯数字 (如: 2.1)，字体选用宋体加粗；三级标题及其以后的标题用小四号字，三级标题编号用 3 级阿拉伯数字 (如: 2.1.3)，字体选用宋体加粗。

标题的排列按:

① 一～三级标题文字均居左顶排，标题与标题间不空行，标题与前段正文之间空一行；

② 各一级标题之间要换页；

③ 在两级标题连排的情况下，标题间应间隔一行；

④ 在有副标题的情况下，应注意主标题与副标题的关系与比例。

1 前言(绪论)

① 设计说明书的前言应说明设计的目的、意义、范围及应达到的技术要求；简述本题目在国内外发展概况及存在的问题；本设计的指导思想；阐述本设计应解决的主要问题或要达到的目的。

② 毕业论文的前言应说明选题的缘由，国内外对本题目已有的研究情况的评述，本文所要解决的问题和采用的手段及方法，成果和意义的概述。

摘要和前言，虽然所写的内容大体相同，但仍有很大区别，其主要在于: 摘要写得高度概括、简略，某些内容可作笼统的表述，不写选题的缘由；而前言则要写得稍微具体些，内容必须明确表达，应写明选题的缘由，在文字量上要比摘要多一些。

2 总体方案设计

包括方案比较、方案论证、方案选择

(以方框图的形式给出各方案)

3 单元模块设计

3.1 各单元模块功能介绍及电路设计；

3.2 电路参数的计算及元器件的选择；

3.3 特殊器件的介绍；

3.4 各单元模块的联接。

4 软件设计

4.1 说明软件设计原理及设计所用工具；

4.2 画出软件设计结构图、说明其功能；

4.3 画出主要软件设计流程框图。

5 系统调试

包括系统硬件及软件调试，说明调试方法与调试内容。

6 系统功能、指标参数

6.1 说明系统能实现的功能；

6.2 系统指标参数测试，说明测试方法，要求有测试参数记录表；

6.3 系统功能及指标参数分析 (与设计要求对比进行)。

7 结论

毕业设计说明书应概括说明本设计的情况和价值，分析其优点、特色、有何创新，性能达到何水平。其中存在的问题和今后改进的方向，特别是对设计中遇到的重要问题要重点指出并加以说明。

毕业论文的结论应包括: 所得结果与已有结果的比较，题目研究中尚存在的问题，对进一步开展研究的见解与建议。它集中反映作者的研究成果，表达作者对所研究题目的见解和主张。

① 结论要简单、明确，措辞应严密，且又容易被人领会；

② 结论应反映个人的研究工作(设计)，属于他人已有的结论要少提；

③ 要实事求是地介绍自己的研究(设计)成果，用词要谨慎、准确，切忌言过其实，在无充分把握时应留有余地。

8 总结与体会

学生要对毕业设计(论文)工作进行全面的总结。通过毕业设计(论文)工作对自己在知识的综合运用、新知识的学习、解决工程问题和进行科学研究所受到的基本训练和能力培养的感受；对自己在精神和品质方面的锻炼与提高；对工程与社会、经济、文化、环境等方面关系的认识与提高；等等。

包括: ① 对设计的小结；② 设计收获体会；③ 对设计的进一步完善提出意见或建议。

9 谢辞(致谢)

应以简短的文字对题目与论文撰写过程中曾直接给予帮助的人员(如指导教师、答辩及评阅教师、实验室管理人员、同学等)表示自己的谢意。这不仅是一种礼貌，也是对他人劳动的尊重，是治学者应有的思想作风和品德。

说明: 以上正文内容可根据具体设计题目适当调整，但必须包含 1、2、7、8、9 项内容，各部分内容的编号根据具体情况顺序编制，各章(即各一级标题)之间要换页。报告正文内容用小四号宋体，行间距为 1.25 倍行距。

10 参考文献

参考文献是毕业设计(论文)不可少的组成部分，它反映毕业设计(论文)的取材来源、材料的广博程度和材料的可靠程度。也是向读者提供的一份有价值的信息资料。学生查阅的文献至少应有 10 篇。参考文献内容为宋体五号字。

科技论文中注明引用文献的通常方式是'文末注'方式．

文末注: 正文中在引用的地方标号(一般以出现的先后次序编号，编号以方括号括起，放在右上角，如 [1] [3-5])，然后在全文末单设'参考文献'一节，按标号顺序说明文献出处。

在说明文献出处时，书写格式为:

① 科技书籍和专著: 主要作者．书名[M]．版本(第一版不著录)．出版地: 出版社，出版年．引用内容所在页码等．

② 科技论文: 主要作者．论文篇名[J]．刊物名，年，卷(期): 论文在刊物中的页码等。如:

③ 对于未公开发表的文献，一般不宜引用。确需引用时应征得作者同意并注明'未发表'、'档案资料'、'己投稿'等字样。对于学位论文也应注明'学位论文'及授予学位单位．

打印稿格式:

设计报告统一用 A4 纸打印，设计报告正文大标题(一级)用小三号宋体加粗、小标题(二级)用四号宋体加粗，三级标题及其以后的标题用小四号字。报告正文内容用小四号宋体，行间距为 1.25 倍行距。报告从正文开始统一编页码、左侧装订。设计报告要求 40 页左右。(使用中文)

内容: Graduation Thesis Format and Requirements for Flipping Card Game HTML5

A complete graduation thesis should include: cover, abstract, table of contents, main text (introduction, overall design plan, …, conclusion, summary and reflection, acknowledgements, etc.), references, appendix, etc.

I. Cover: 1 page (see the cover of the graduation design report (thesis) of the College of Information Technology for details)

II. Abstract and Keywords: Chinese (180-300 words), English; 1 page alone (see the graduation design report (thesis) abstract of the College of Information Technology for details)

The abstract should summarize the content, methods, and viewpoints of the topic, as well as the achievements and conclusions. It should reflect the essence of the entire content. The Chinese abstract should be within 300 words, and the foreign language abstract should be within 200 words. Both Chinese and foreign language keywords should be included.

Use concise and summarized language. Each content item should not be elaborated or explained.
It should be objective and not subjectively evaluated.
The results and conclusions are the focus of the abstract, and more emphasis should be placed on the discussion to deepen the readers' impression.
It should be independently written, and the wording should avoid repetition with the entire text, especially the introduction and conclusion parts.
It should be concise and clear, and the structure should be reasonable. The abstract is written in Chinese and English in parallel; 'abstract' is bolded, and the font is KaiTi size 4. The first line is indented four spaces, and the last line is indented two spaces. Small size 4 Song typeface is used.

The keywords are generally 3-8 items, and each keyword is separated by a comma on a separate line after the abstract. The font and layout of the keywords are the same as that of the 'abstract', and there is no blank line between the keywords and the abstract. (see the sample)

III. Table of Contents: The content must correspond to the page number.

'Table of Contents' font is size 3 bold Song typeface; the titles in the table of contents should not exceed three levels. The first-level title uses size 4 bold Song typeface; the second-level and subsequent titles use size 4 font, not bold.

IV. Main Text of Design Report:

The titles of the main text can be divided into chapters (first level), sections (second level), subsections (third level), etc. The first-level title uses small size 3 font, and the numbering uses first-level Arabic numerals (such as: 2 Overall Design Plan), and the font is Song typeface in bold; The second-level title uses size 4 font, and the numbering uses second-level Arabic numerals (such as: 2.1), and the font is Song typeface in bold; The third-level title and subsequent titles use small size 4 font, and the third-level title numbering uses third-level Arabic numerals (such as: 2.1.3), and the font is Song typeface in bold.

The titles are arranged as follows:

The text of the first-level to third-level titles should be aligned left and flush with the top, and there should be no space between the titles. There should be a blank line between the title and the preceding text.
Each first-level title should start on a new page.
In the case of two-level titles in a row, there should be a line space between the titles.
In the case of subtitles, attention should be paid to the relationship and proportion between the main title and the subtitle.
Introduction (Preface)

The preface of the design report should explain the purpose, significance, scope, and technical requirements of the design, briefly describe the development situation and existing problems of the topic at home and abroad, the guiding ideology of the design, and the main problems to be solved or the goals to be achieved in the design.

The preface of the graduation thesis should explain the reasons for the topic selection, the evaluation of the research situation of the topic at home and abroad, the methods and techniques used in this paper, and the summary of the results and significance.

Although the content of the abstract and the preface is generally similar, there are still significant differences. The main difference lies in that the abstract is highly summarized and brief, and some contents can be vaguely expressed, without mentioning the reasons for the topic selection; while the preface should be slightly more specific, and the content must be clearly expressed, including the reasons for the topic selection, which should be longer than the abstract.

Overall Design Plan

Including scheme comparison, scheme demonstration, and scheme selection (giving the various schemes in the form of a flowchart).

Unit Module Design

3.1 Introduction of the functions of each unit module and circuit design;

3.2 Calculation of circuit parameters and selection of components;

3.3 Introduction of special devices;

3.4 Interconnection of each unit module.

Software Design

4.1 Explain the principles and tools used in software design;

4.2 Draw the software design structure diagram and explain its functions;

4.3 Draw the main software design flow chart.

System Debugging

Including system hardware and software debugging, explaining the debugging methods and content.

System Functions and Index Parameters

6.1 Explain the functions that the system can achieve;

6.2 System index parameter testing, explain the testing method, and require a testing parameter record table;

6.3 System function and index parameter analysis (compared with the design requirements).

Conclusion

The design report should summarize the situation and value of the design, analyze its advantages, characteristics, innovations, and performance level. It should also point out any existing problems, future improvement directions, and especially focus on important problems encountered during the design.

The conclusion of the graduation thesis should include: comparison of the obtained results with existing results, remaining problems in the research, insights and suggestions for further research. It reflects the author's research results and expresses the author's views and propositions on the research topic.

The conclusion should be simple, clear, with precise wording, and easy to understand.
The conclusion should reflect the author's research work (design), and conclusions already obtained by others should be mentioned less.
The author's research (design) results should be presented objectively, with careful and accurate wording. Exaggeration should be avoided, and room for improvement should be left when the author is not fully confident.
Summary and Reflection

Students should comprehensively summarize the graduation design (thesis) work. Through the graduation design (thesis) work, reflect on the basic training and ability cultivation received in the comprehensive application of knowledge, learning of new knowledge, solving engineering problems, and conducting scientific research. Reflect on the training and improvement in terms of spirit and quality. Reflect on the understanding and improvement of the relationship between engineering and society, economy, culture, environment, etc.

Including: 1) Summary of the design; 2) Reflections on the design experience; 3) Suggestions for further improvement of the design.

Acknowledgements

Use concise words to express gratitude to those who directly helped with the topic and thesis writing (such as supervisors, defense and review teachers, laboratory management personnel, classmates, etc.). This is not only a courtesy but also a respect for the labor of others and a necessary ideological style and morality for scholars.

Note: The above main text content can be adjusted according to the specific design topic, but must include items 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9. The numbering of each part should be sequential according to the specific situation. Each chapter (i.e., each first-level title) should start on a new page. The content of the main text of the report should use small size 4 Song typeface with 1.25 line spacing.

References

References are an indispensable part of graduation design (thesis). They reflect the source of materials, the breadth of materials, and the reliability of materials used in the graduation design (thesis). They also provide readers with valuable information resources. Students should consult at least 10 references. The content of references should use size 5 Song typeface.

The common method for indicating cited references in scientific papers is the 'endnote' method.

Endnote: In the main text, a number (generally numbered in the order of appearance, enclosed in square brackets, placed in the upper right corner, such as [1] [3-5]) is used to indicate where a reference is cited. Then, a 'References' section is created at the end of the full text, and the source of the reference is explained in order of the number.

When explaining the source of the reference, the writing format is as follows:

Science books and monographs: Main author. Book title [M]. Edition (the first edition is not included). Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication. Page number where the cited content is located, etc.
Scientific papers: Main author. Paper title [J]. Journal name, Year, Volume (Issue): Page number of the paper in the journal, etc.
For unpublished literature, it is generally not suitable to cite. Printing Format:

The design report should be printed on A4 paper. The main title (first level) of the design report main text should use small size 3 bold Song typeface, the subtitle (second level) should use size 4 bold Song typeface, and the third-level and subsequent titles should use small size 4 font. The content of the main text of the report should use small size 4 Song typeface with 1.25 line spacing.
