Suggestions for Improving University Library Services

Dear University Library,

I am writing to you today to express my gratitude for the services that you provide to the students and faculty. However, I would like to suggest some improvements to make the library even better.

Firstly, I would like to recommend that the library extend its hours of operation, especially during exam periods. Many students rely on the library to study and complete assignments, and longer hours would be greatly appreciated.
