Dyna-CT Assisted Neuroendoscopic Hematoma Evacuation for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage: Technical Features and Clinical Efficacy
Objective: The objective of this study was to explore and summarize the technical features and clinical efficacy of Dyna-computed tomography (CT) assisted neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH).
Dyna-CT is easy to operate and does not require patient transportation. It can determine the size and position of the hematoma and help the surgeon judge the effect of hematoma evacuation. Compared with traditional neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation, Dyna-CT assisted neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, and improve the hematoma clearance rate. Dyna-CT assisted neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation is helpful in improving the prognosis of patients.
