城市精细化管理考核工作推进会：提升城市管理品质

5月10日，街道办事处主任袁孝东主持召开城市精细化管理考核工作推进会。会上研究了考核方案的实施办法，并明确了各相关部门的职能职责，由城市精细化管理考核办公室专项负责考核，通过考核充分发挥各外包管理单位及社区在城市管理过程中的主观能动性。

袁孝东强调，要强化城市精细化管理，提升城市管理品质，加强城市管理外包管护单位考核、各社区城市管理、环卫工作；要改善城市市容环境及居民生活环境，建立和完善长效管理机制，明确工作职责；要充分发挥外包管护和管理单位及社区在城市精细化管理中的作用，实现城市管理的全面升级。

During the meeting, the implementation methods of the assessment plan were discussed, and the functional responsibilities of relevant departments were clarified. The Urban Refinement Management Assessment Office was designated as the specialized department responsible for the assessment. Through the assessment, the subjective initiative of various outsourced management units and communities in the urban management process can be fully exerted.

Yuan Xiaodong emphasized the need to strengthen urban refinement management, improve the quality of urban management, and strengthen the assessment of outsourced management and maintenance units, as well as community urban management and environmental sanitation work. Efforts should be made to improve the urban landscape and living environment of residents, establish and improve long-term management mechanisms, and clarify work responsibilities. The role of outsourced management and maintenance units and communities in urban refinement management should be fully utilized to achieve a comprehensive upgrade of urban management.
