Request for Tool Usage in CS3101 P2

Dear CS3101 Lecturer,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to inquire about the use of certain tools in CS3101 P2. Specifically, I would like to know if it is permissible to utilize the JS frontend UI framework 'Na￯veUI' (https://www.naiveui.com/) and a DB management client such as 'DBeaver' (https://dbeaver.io/) in our project.

I understand that the guidelines for the assignment may not explicitly mention the use of these particular tools. However, I believe that they could greatly enhance the functionality and overall quality of our project. With your permission, I would like to incorporate them into my work.
