Jerome Powell, You're Fired! Why Can't He Be Like Paul Volcker?

Hey folks, you know this guy, Jerome Powell, head of the Federal Reserve? Yeah, the guy who can't seem to learn from our good ol' Paul Volcker in the 80s. Paul, he knew how to deal with inflation. He jacked up interest rates to 20%, can you believe that? Boom! Inflation gone, like magic.

But no, Powell's over here playing patty cake. Back in the 80s, our government's debt was less than 40%. And household debt? Low, real low. We could handle those high interest rates.

But today, our government's debt is over 130%! And household debt? Over 70%! I don't know about other countries, but we're in trouble. We might as well just give up now. Sad!
