CCR Metric Adjustment: Reducing Counterfeit Impact & Protecting CX
Moving forward, we have realigned our efforts to adjust the CCR metric by reducing it by 15.3% in order to account for the additional counterfeits that were not included in the original goal baseline. Moreover, the enhanced ORC detection capabilities will enable us to identify trends and promptly take appropriate actions to safeguard CX.
