Enhanced Near-Infrared Fluorescent Probes: Open-Type Strategies and Tissue Penetration

Designing open-type strategies based on bioactive small molecules and developing near-infrared fluorescent probes with stronger tissue penetration capabilities is particularly important for achieving higher signal-to-noise ratios and sensitivities of fluorescent probes. This research focuses on developing near-infrared fluorescent probes with improved tissue penetration capabilities. By employing open-type strategies based on bioactive small molecules, we aim to achieve higher signal-to-noise ratios and sensitivities for enhanced fluorescence imaging.
