DNA Formation: A Ridiculous Story Even My Professors Told

So, in college, my professor told me this crazy story about how life began. He said, 'Back when the Earth was young, volcanoes were erupting everywhere, the atmosphere was thin, and the whole planet was getting blasted by ultraviolet radiation. There were all these crazy electrical storms with ions in the clouds, and it all just magically combined to create the first DNA, the basis of all life on Earth.' And then, he asks us, 'Do you know what the odds of that happening are?'.

'It's like a tornado sweeping through a junkyard and assembling a perfectly functioning car!'

My professor, he was a real genius, making us believe this tall tale. Honestly, I think the odds of that happening are even less likely than me hitting a hole-in-one on the golf course. Haha, what a joke!
