Intelligent Personnel Archives Management System based on RPA+AI: Design and Implementation

In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has propelled human society into the era of 'intelligence plus', in which technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence are widely applied. With the continuous improvement of the intelligent management level of archives in China, grassroots personnel archives management work is facing new challenges and requirements. However, the personnel archives management system currently used at the grassroots level still has some problems, such as single function, poor data security and reliability, and low efficiency, which urgently need to be solved and improved. Therefore, this paper aims to use cutting-edge technology to intelligently transform and integrate paper-based archives and electronic archives, and to design and implement an intelligent personnel archives management system based on RPA+AI to improve the efficiency and level of personnel archives management.

The system designed in this paper adopts the C/S mode, with Delphi10.4 integrated development environment and Access2010 database, to achieve the basic functions of personnel archives management system. At the same time, the system innovatively combines OCR and other AI technologies and uses RPA technology to achieve automation of archive filing and information entry, improving the efficiency of intelligent collection and management. Based on the actual situation of a certain department's human resources department, the design and development of this system have been tested and feedback has been obtained. The system is easy to operate, practical, aesthetically pleasing and functionally rich, effectively alleviating the pressure of archive management work in the department and improving the efficiency of personnel. Therefore, the intelligent personnel archives management system designed in this paper has practical application value and promotion significance.
