QUE and SOR Synergistically Inhibit Huh7R Cell Proliferation and Tumor Growth in vitro and in vivo

In an in vitro setting, both QUE alone and in combination with SOR were found to significantly suppress the proliferation of Huh7R cells while inducing apoptosis. Furthermore, in vivo experiments using Huh7R mouse models demonstrated that QUE alone or in combination with SOR effectively reduced transplanted tumor volume and weight, while also effectively inhibiting tumor growth without any observable detrimental effects on the animals' survival status.
